One kind of belongingthat lasts a lifetime

Visits

Choosing the right school for your child is a big decision, and there’s no better way to truly get a feel for a school than by visiting in person. At Highfield School, we believe that while our fantastic facilities and stunning grounds will certainly impress, it’s the people who make our school truly special. From the moment you arrive, you’ll meet inspiring teachers who are passionate about nurturing young minds and see happy, engaged pupils who could soon become your child’s friends.

A visit is the best way to experience the warmth of our community, the energy of our classrooms and the sense of belonging that so many families feel here. We’d love to welcome you and help you picture your child thriving at Highfield School.

Open Mornings

We host several Open Mornings each year for you and your family to step into the heart of our school and see what makes us so special. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into our warm and vibrant community, where you’ll meet our passionate teachers and take a guided tour led by our wonderful pupils who will give you an honest, first-hand glimpse into school life.

The morning begins with coffee and a warm welcome from our Head, Suzannah Cryer, followed by an immersive tour of our beautiful grounds and outstanding facilities. You’ll then have time to ask any questions over another round of refreshments, ensuring you leave with a real sense of what life at Highfield School is all about.

Our next Open Morning is Friday 18th September.
If you’re specifically considering a place in our Nursery, we also run dedicated Early Years Open Morning, giving you the chance to see our youngest children’s rooms and Forest School in action.

Our next Early Years Open Morning is Friday 25th September.

We had a real sense of joy when we visited the school. The teachers and pupils really impressed us and we felt it was exactly the environment we wanted our children to be educated in.
