Above all, everyone at Highfield is truly friendly and supportive. Whatever your role, you’ll be part of a genuinely close-knit team where colleagues look out for one another, and where new starters are made to feel part of the community from day one.
“I have never worked in a school where the children are able to spread their wings, and be offered such incredible experiences by staff who care so deeply for their subjects.”
We’re proud of what we’ve built together: a school recognised nationally for its academic outcomes, its breadth of arts provision, and its environmental leadership. We are a school that is genuinely focused on building future-ready children who develop essential skills for now and for the future. Working here means being part of a team that takes real pride in doing things well in the classroom, on the grounds, and beyond.
